Ordering online can seem like a risky undertaking. We want to try to put you at ease, so your shopping experience will be a fun and pleasurable one, and you will return again and again to our website. Mistakes can happen, it's the natural order of things, as my friend John Bender says, "the worlds an imperfect place, screws fall out all the time." This is why we work closely with you, having you OK the final proofs of your design, and keeping in contact with you as needed. Our guarantee is simple, if its our fault, we fix it. If the garments are flawed, we will replace them. Nighthawk Graphics can not be responsible for wrong sizing or wrong information on your order. If the custom goods you ordered are different from the proof you approved, or are different from the proof you approved, or if your order arrives later than promised, contact us right away and we will make it right. Call or email us with your concerns, questions or problems. We will solve them. Sound Fair? You can order blank samples of any of our clothing if you wish to see it before placing an order. Nighthawk Graphics cannot accept returns of custom printed products that are not defective.
